General Information
The Linux Operating System (advanced level) certification course is designed for:
- All persons who need to acquire advanced knowledge about Linux Operating System. Participants must know at least an advanced basic level of English and have basic computer skills as well as a basic knowledge of the Linux Operating System.
- The purpose of the certification course:
- acquire theoretical and practical knowledge about Linux;
- advanced experience in working with operating systems;
- use acquired skills for studies and/or professional activities.
- Upon completion of the course, the participants will know:
- how to install and configure the Linux operating system;
- how to configure equipment;
- how to configure software
- Linux commands and their functions;
- file management;
- Linux operating system administration;
- network configuration;
- management of users, groups and their admittance levels;
- DHCP and DNS service configuration and management;
- web service configuration and management;
- mail service configuration and management;
- Linux monitoring and automation;
- Linux system security.
