Job Description

We are seeking a self-starter Client Success manager who has a proven ability to hustle, get things done, hit goals, and think outside the box. As a Client Success Manager, you will be focused on client loyalty and building close long-term partnerships. Moreover, you’ll be involved in onboarding new clients, collecting and analysing feedback, and being a unique hybrid role between the client and the agency. As part of our international team, you will have the opportunity to play a major role in our growth with creative freedom and a high degree of personal responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented growth marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong personality team player that fits for a dynamic work environment, and an individual rounded off with a hands-on working style.

• Language skills: English C1 is required
