Currently, we are looking for a curious, eager, and dedicated Career matchmaker, talent sourcing specialist

As a talent sourcing specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Create job postings and send recruitment emails
• Manage candidate interview schedule with Interviewers
• Maintain social media and professional network to interact with potential candidates
• Develop database for current and future hires
• Crowdsource potential candidates
   

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a tech sourcer, recruiting agent or  tech recruiting related roles

- English upper-intermediate

- Outstanding communication skills

- Being interested in the tech and the digital world

- Ability to independently make decisions

- Ability to effectively solve complex problems

- Effective communication and negotiation skills

- Passionate about recruiting and career development
