Job Summary

Provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's operations. Work closely with the Georgian team and its individuals, including executives, managers, and employees, to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks and handle company correspondence. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain company databases and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Facilitate effective communication among team members and departments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment while adhering to the budget. Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and systems for data management and record-keeping.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, conferences, and training sessions. Arrange logistics, including venue selection, catering, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned by the manager.
