Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Junior account manager for the fastest and leading content service provider in Europe Greatcontent. Since 2011 company creates great content for over 1,500 clients in 30+ languages based on 3 pillars:

International community: A motivated and diverse international community of more than 30.000 linguists who write, proofread, post-edit, translate and transcreate texts in more than 30 languages.

Content creation platform: A constantly improving platform making the content creation process as easy as possible.

Inhouse experts: A dedicated team of in-house experts who strive to find the perfect solution until every client is satisfied.

Your responsibilities will be

Inbound Sales: Explaining new prospects, services and options which have been created by marketing

Understanding needs and recommending appropriate set-ups Nurture business relationships with clients

Upsell products and services

Prepare project setups in greatcontent’s platform and additional tools e.g. CAT-tools

Prepare briefings based on client input material and align with project lead

Select and build freelance teams based on freelance database

Act as the main point of contact for freelance linguists to contact during projects 

Monitor projects and ensure timely delivery in project management systems

Deal with client requests over helpdesk and together

What you should bring along
 

Very strong German language skills (C1 to native)

Strong English language skills (C1 or above)

Structured, organized, thorough, and persistent goal orientation on anything you do

Detail-oriented personality with an eagerness to learn

Hard-working “Can do” attitude with the ability to work under pressure

Experience in web-based tools e.g. GSuite, Slack, Jira, Freshworks is an advantage
