Special training sessions for students were also held in Kutaisi organized by the TSU Center of Vocational Education.

The training titled “How to Protect Our Rights in the Labor Market – Employment Contract as a Legal Guarantee,” conducted by lawyer Aleksandre Toria, provided vocational students with essential knowledge and information regarding employment contracts - why signing a contract is necessary and what details should be paid attention to before signing the document.

Additionally, a workshop titled “How to Enhance Employment Opportunities / HR.GE as a Supporting Platform” was conducted for students. The workshop was led by Inga Shakhbaziani, Regional Manager at HR.GE Employment Agency, and Ani Lobzhanidze, Human Resources Manager.

These events took place on July 24 and August 6, after which the vocational students were awarded special certificates.
