Target group of the training: heads of higher educational program(s) of higher educational institutions, academic staff of higher educational institutions, faculty deans and/or school principals, employees of quality assurance services, other interested persons.

Training goals and expected results: The purpose of the training is to acquaint students with the mechanism of establishment and assessment of educational program learning outcomes and help them acquire necessary skills for program implementation and permanent improvement.
