For the eighth-semester undergraduate students in the Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of TSU (25 students), industrial practice is an important aspect of their higher educational program. This experience allows students to apply their academic knowledge and skills in real-life situations, familiarize themselves with the history of the enterprise, technological processes, production processes, packaging methods, and production safety rules and ethical norms.
The companies where TSU students practiced were: Georgian Beer Company "Zedazeni", Pharmaceutical Company "Aversi-Rational", the Ministry of Agriculture’s laboratory, Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia, Global Beer Georgia, Henkel Building Chemicals Georgia, the National Environmental Agency’s laboratory, and the SOCAR oil company.
Over the past three years, more than 40 TSU students have been hired by these companies after completing their internships.
