TSU Continues Learning Process in Hybrid Format

Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) has continued its learning process in a hybrid format from October 4th. Each faculty is authorized to carry out practical and laboratory activities (if any such exist) in a hybrid format, not remotely, through observing all safety regulations.

One-step educational program of the Faculty of Medicine, as well as the educational programs envisaging contacts with patients are eligible carry out practical, laboratory and clinical activities in a non-remote format on condition that the staff and students involved in implementation of this component meet one of the following requirements: a) Are fully vaccinated; b) Present a negative PCR test once a week; c) More than six months have not yet passed since two weeks after laboratory diagnosis of COVID-19.

It is worth noting that students will have access to all libraries and reading halls, as well as computer resource centers.

More than 23,000 students are studying at Tbilisi State University. TSU employs up to 5,000 academic and administrative staff. About 2,800 courses will be delivered during the current semester.
