The company has ambitious growing and development plans and looking for the new team members to join.

Atlantic Georgia is announcing an opening for the position of Research & Development Engineer.

Location: Kutaisi, Georgia

Duties and responsibilities

• Be responsible to make and exchange the drawings with other departments and customers;
• Prepare Beal of Materials (BOM) as detailed as possible to avoid any mistake and take care of direct cost consequences of the consumption;
• Take care of all constraints: Norms, internal specification with all departments;
• Analyze, find solution, and update definition according to PST report.
• Work with purchasing department to be sure supplier understands all needs, constraints, and quality requirements;
• Test, select the component before putting them in the BOMs;
• Analyze and propose improvements to decrease time of design, increase efficiency of solutions and be aware of project performance to help project leader improve results;
• Be aware of evolution of the market, competitors, new technologies, test competitors’ products.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering/ computer sciences;
• Ability to understand drawings, material specifications, standards;
• Project Management skills/experience;
• Prototyping- To be able to work in field to realize idea in real life and test in all aspects;
• Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling
• Advanced knowledge of Creo and/or Solid works
• Good user level in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good knowledge of English language;
