Adalan AI is a management consulting startup working for clients internationally providing services on AI policy, AI ethics, AI governance and similar. We have just been accepted into the accelerator program in Berlin as the headquarters will be based in Berlin. At this moment we are completely remote but will be setting up offices in Europe’s cities from 2022. Our work language is English, hence excellent fluency in English is required for all positions.

Our growing team is in need of a talented communications intern. The main goal of this role is to build partnerships and promote Adalan AI’s services to potential clients. The ideal candidate is super curious, open to learning and diving into the unknown, and is also an avid reader.

While the role is fully remote, communication and the ability to meet deadlines is a must. Preference will be given to those with previous internship experience or demonstrated interest in communication strategies focused on technology areas such as big data, privacy and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English, C1 level, our work language is English
- Curious and willing to research a wide variety of topics related to the AI and Big Data
- Understanding of various communication strategies and/or experience through other internships
- Understanding of social media management strategies, experience preferred, especially with Linkedin and Twitter
- Final year Bachelor degree student in business management, social sciences, journalism or similar.
- Willing to take at least one of the online courses given in this list (or similar) to be finished within 3 months of the internship start date.

Not required but desired:
- Understanding of how AI technologies function either with the help of online courses or an academic degree (highly desirable)
- Willingness to build own social media presence on Linkedin and/or Twitter

What you will be doing:
- Closely collaborating with the CEO and other team members to ideate on different strategies
- Reading, researching and learning about all things AI
- Writing brief copies for social media and engaging with the audience
- Helping in community building activities

- Remuneration: first 3 months training and upskilling period unpaid, next 3 months 400GEL (for full-time)
