Position - English Speaking Customer Service representative
Working days: Monday - Sunday, (2 days off)
Working hours: shift-based schedule
Salary: according to qualification and experience, Range - 1300-1800 GEL
Job requirements:
- Working experience 6 months
- Fluent in the English language - Excellent Verbal and writing skills are a must
- Personal Communication skills
- Experience in living/studying in English speaking countries is an advantage
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Job description:
- Responsible of answering incoming calls of Customers
- Responsible to do outgoing calls to follow up on the existing customers/orders
- Responsible of answering incoming E-mails of Customer
- Maintaining Customer account records in the system
- Provide accurate and valid information by using the tools given on professional training
- Clarifying and resolving customer`s complaints
- Providing appropriate solutions within the time limits
- Selecting and explaining the best solution for customer
- Following up to ensure resolution
