Setanta Sports is announcing an internship in the legal department at a very exciting time, as we have ambitious plans to drive customer acquisition and online growth in 15 CEE and Central Asian countries. Working at Setanta Sports as an intern is a fantastic opportunity to further expand on practical knowledge while being involved in the daily activities of the legal department. 

• What will your internship include:
• Review existing contracts and all types of legal documentation;
• Prepare drafts for contracts and other legal commercial documents upon request;
• Involve in the legal risk assessment process;
• Assist with the preparation of agreements and letters;
• Research applicable laws and legal precedents for all countries where Setanta Sports broadcasts;
• Provide other support to the legal department as may be required within the responsibilities of the position.

 Your profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Law;
• Good knowledge of English is a must, Russian - desired;
• Passion to use theoretical knowledge in practice;
• Negotiation and communication skills;
• Analytical, logical and critical thinking will support your performance;
• Eagle eye and detail-orientation to identify key risk areas in the documents;
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Contract formation, preparation, review, and drafting skills are nice to have;
• Flexible to work independently and take initiative, as well as work collaboratively and contribute to the team environment.
