An international (JV) Joint Venture “GeoHolding & KSH Consortium” is kindly inviting pretendents to participate in the vacancy
announcement on the position of the Consortium Lawyer in the scope of the (IAZ) Imereti Agro Zone greenhouse cluster project
development.

As an international, senior Expertise Team to the State-owned LLC “Imereti Agro Zone”, the JV intends to prepare and announce
an international (EoI) Expression of Interest according to the Georgian state procurement legislation and set regulations, in full
compliance to the EU Association Agreement and WTO requirements with the aim to attract IAZ potential private beneficiaries,
local / international private O&M companies, local / international financial institutions and banks.

Vacancy title: vacancy JV #001- Consortium Lawyer

Qualification requirements:

✓ Bachelor degree in Law or 4th year undergraduate of the relevant Faculty;
✓ In-depth knowledge of Civil and Business Law;
✓ High level knowledge of MS Office programs;
✓ Fluency in English is a must.

Key duties & responsibilities:

✓ Drafting of legal documents;
✓ Providing legal consultancy;
✓ Preparing agreements and other documents (orders, statements, complaints) and ensuring their compliance with the
legislation;
✓ Concluding, filing, updating contracts with the employees;
✓ Bringing the Consortium consultancy services in line with the EU - Georgia Association Agreement and Legislation of
Georgia;
✓ Translation of the various legal documents from English to Georgian and vice versa.

Personal skills:

✓ Well-organized;
✓ Accurate;
✓ Able to work under pressure;
✓ Able to hold discussion and justify personal position with arguments;
✓ Oriented on learning, personal development and professional growth.
