Job Description:
• Elaborate quotations in adequacy with the clients’ demand
• Maintain a close relationship with the Reservations Manager to ensure smooth processing ofbookings, reporting, choosing the right hotels, restaurants, and menus, and ensuring that all sites are booked accordingly
• Promote our products (transportation, excursions, hotels, restaurants...)
• Ensure client follow-up in the different stages of sales and thus contribute to the development of the turnover
• Create and help find new products and sites
• Develop, support, and maximize suppliers
• Assistance with an accurate and comprehensive market study with a focus on competitor activities to ensure maintaining a competitive market position
• Prepare materials for the exhibitions, roadshows, and sales calls
• Ground service operations performance
• Prepare components for our global internal software
• Maintain and update the database and existing production

Profile, we are looking for:
• Fluency in English and Italian or French (any other European language will be an advantage)
• Experience in the tourism industry will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Exemplary organizational and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
