About the project

Currently, we are looking for a top Crypto Operations Analyst for our key client in Dubai, UAE, which is an agency that specializes in the field of virtual assets, offering professional services to businesses worldwide. With a focus on staying ahead in the constantly evolving digital asset space, the company prides itself on being a close-knit and high-performing team. This company emphasizes the importance of staying on the cutting edge, regularly conducting in-depth market research and analysis while actively monitoring breaking news stories. We’re currently seeking a Crypto Operations Analyst who will play a vital role in keeping abreast of industry trends and conducting thorough research to provide valuable insights to clients.

Your Duties:

As a Crypto Operations Analyst you will be:
 

Working with the OTC Trading Desks for client order executions and servicing requirements

Staying on top of industry trends, providing research and insights to our clients

Overseeing and conducting trade execution and booking of client crypto orders

Serving as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring top-notch quality assurance and striving for best-in-class outcomes for all stakeholders

Managing and maintaining banking flows for fiat settlements.

Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to develop new products, internal controls, and optimizations

Assisting in designing and implementing business plans and procedures to drive growth and enhance customer outcomes

Ensuring smooth daily operations across core functions, including security, financial services, and professional services

Driving continuous improvement through innovation initiatives

Developing and implementing key metrics and controls, establishing performance tracking systems for all product lines

Producing reports on performance, trade activity, and client engagement

Conducting market research, writing reports, and presenting on various industry-related topics

Requirements: 

At least 2 years of work experience in client service, exchanges, wallets, or other relevant financial services

Trading experience with responsibility for PnL, risk management, and analysis in a professional capacity

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, math, economics, business, engineering, or a related technical field

Knowledge of Google Suite/Analytics and proficiency in mathematics and algebra

Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and organizational skills

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Self-starter capable of working independently and adapting to changing business needs

Curiosity and interest in making an impact in the virtual asset space, believing in its potential to change the world

Enthusiasm for learning about Cryptocurrency & Blockchain

Genuine passion and energy for the financial markets and a career in financial services

Open to take salary in BTC

English level upper intermediate (B2) is a must

Availability to travel to Dubai for team meetings on a quarterly basis

Nice to Have:

Background in cryptocurrency or foreign exchange (FX) trading

Familiarity with Blockchain analytics tools and a strong understanding of cryptographic principles underlying Blockchain technologies

Experience or knowledge of Trading and investment systems, Order Execution Management systems, Foreign Exchange dealer systems
