About the project

Currently, we are looking for a top Social media manager and Content Manager for our key client in Dubai, UAE, which is a company that has successfully supported over 800 enterprises across the globe. Its clientele encompasses entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, and high-net-worth individuals, all relying on the company's expertise. The company specializes in establishing custom corporate structures, optimizing tax strategies, ensuring asset protection, and providing essential banking solutions for organizations venturing into international markets.

The company's strategic focus extends to key European countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Sweden. What truly defines their approach is the commitment to tailored solutions and collaborative partnerships, ensuring that each client receives precisely what they need to thrive on the global stage.


Your Duties:

As a Social media manager and Content Manager, you will be:

Developing/implementing social media strategy for brand presence

Creating/publishing engaging daily content (text, media, news)

Monitoring web metrics and engagement

Analyzing success, deriving insights for strategies

Reporting on ROI, key metrics, and lead gen effectiveness

Growing social following, building brand community

Engaging with the audience, fostering relationships

Staying updated on platform trends, adapting strategies

Implementing new features, promotions

Coordinating with other teams for brand consistency

Optimizing employees' LinkedIn profiles

Strategically connecting with leads and industry pros

Using LinkedIn tools for lead identification

Nurturing connections within the industry

Ensuring LinkedIn activities follow best practices

Utilizing LinkedIn for the Company’s brand Growth


 

Requirements: 

 

At least 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation

Proven track record in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

At least 1 year experience in online marketing strategies and channels (FB, INSTA, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, LinkedIn)

Strong copywriting skills with at least 1 year of experience in creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content

In-depth understanding of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices

Proficient in using LinkedIn Analytics to measure lead generation success

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong time management and research abilities

Creative content ideation and delivery

Analytical skills for interpreting website traffic and engagement metrics

Ability to optimize LinkedIn profiles for employees and company page

Crafting a content strategy for engaging posts, articles, and multimedia content

Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools

Building valuable connections, including influencers and potential clients

Professional and consistent representation of the brand across profiles

Adaptability to changing social media trends and algorithms

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proactive and independent work ethic

Attention to detail, especially in personalized messaging

Result-driven mindset for increased profile views, connection requests, and lead conversions

Proactive in identifying new opportunities and trends for LinkedIn lead generation

English level advanced (C1) is a must
