Job Summary

A Configuration Specialist is responsible for setting up the necessary configurations in order to enable the AI products for the dealers. They work with software development teams, system administrators, and end-users to ensure that AI products are configured correctly, efficiently, and in line with the organization's needs. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that configurations meet the needs of the organization while maintaining high levels of quality and reliability. They also work on the issues that might arise during the dealership's launches.

Requirements

• Setup system configuration in alignment with customers’ desired outcomes and predefined process
• Support customer launches and work together with the implementation quality team in fixing the pre/post-launch bugs
• Send integration requests to third-party companies
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently and timely; ability to successfully work independently and as a productive member of the team
• Ensure adherence to the implementation SLA requirements 
• Perform other duties as assigned
