Job Description Summary and responsibilities:

● Manage bookkeeping and payroll process for various companies;

● Preparation and submission of tax reports and statistic forms;

● Supervision of junior team members and following established procedures;

● Communication (both correspondence and personal) with clients and team on a daily basis.

● Learn about how PwC works as a business and add value to client’s job.

● Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.

● Use tools, techniques and firm standard methodologies to support research, analysis and problem solving.

● Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards.

● Keep up-to-date with technical developments for the business area.

● Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form.

● Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

 

Required skills and qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferable in: Finance, accounting or economics;
  • Working experience of 5 years in accounting or related fields;
  • Knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation;
  • Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word), working experience in ERP systems; 
  • Fluency in Georgian and strong, advanced verbal and writing skills in English;
  • Strong analytical, communication skills and attention to details;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of data, analytical mind, ability to work in a team and communicate results;
  • Interest in developing his/her career in Taxation and Accounting;
  • Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure;
  • Self-discipline, accuracy and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
  • Capable of working in a team environment.
