Summary of the open position:


As a finance and operations specialist, you will work closely with the head of Finance and
operations to oversee daily business operations.

● Monthly financial reporting according to the SOP
● Coordination of the procurement process
● Regular update of the HRMS tool of the company
● Preparation, send out and documentation of client / vendor agreements
● Preparation and send out of the monthly Attendance and Payroll reports
● Bank related issues management
● Assisting the supervisor in the process of continuous improvement of the business processes and updating of the SOPs

 

Requirements

● University degree in business administration, finance or related fields is necessary.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Georgian)
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is required● An eye for attention to detail
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
● Good analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
● “Can do!” attitude
