Mark Speiser, a famous judge from the State of Florida, gave a public lecture to the students and academic personnel of the TSU Faculty of Law on the topic “Overview of the U.S. Legal System.” After the lecture, Judge Mark Speiser and Criminal Defense Attorney Robert Trachman from the same U.S. state answered the questions of TSU students and professors.
As part of their trip to Georgia, Mark Speiser and Robert Trachman visited the International Law Institute of TSU, familiarized themselves with the Institute’s activities and met with Professor Irine Kurdadze and Assistant Professor Mariam Kevlishvili to discuss the prospects of future cooperation.
Mark Speiser has 38 years of experience as a judge. His name is associated with many important and high-profile cases.
