Double degree opportunities in circular economics, European studies and other disciplines were one of the main topics discussed by Rector of Tbilisi State University, George Sharvashidze and Chancellor Lasha Saghinadze at the meeting with Rector of the University of Tuscia, Stefano Ubertini and Vice Rector, Simone Severini. During the meeting, Rector Sharvashidze focused on the issues of developing exchange programs for students and submitting joint research projects to EU grant programs.
As part of the working visit to Italy, a meeting was held at the Civitavecchia campus of Tuscia University, where the participants discussed the opportunities for developing exchange programs in the fields of chemistry and biochemistry. In Civitavecchia, Rector Sharvashidze met with a graduate of Tbilisi State University, Christina Changelia who continued her studies at the University of Tuscia after completing her bachalor’s degree at TSU. The delegation of Tuscia University will pay a response visit to TSU in July.
