Tbilisi State University (TSU) participated in the science festival “Education and Science for the Economic Development of the Region,” held at Telavi State University, with the financial support from the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia.
Within the framework of the festival, a scientific conference was organized at which TSU Rector, Academician Jaba Samushia addressed the participants. The conference aimed to strengthen the relationship between education and science, leveraging their combined potential to promote regional development.
Attendees included Givi Mikanadze, the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia; Zviad Gabisonia, the Deputy Minister of Education; Giorgi Aladashvili, State Representative in the Kakheti Region; senior Ministry officials and Kakheti regional representatives.
The university courtyard featured presentations of scientific achievements and innovative projects from various higher education institutions in both research and practical areas.
