An evening dedicated to the memory of Otar Chiladze, a famous Georgian poet, writer, playwright and TSU graduate, was held at Tbilisi State University. The event was organized by the TSU Library and the Library Friends Club.
At the event, the university’s theater troupe, Skhveni, presented a staging of his biography. The troupe performed a selection of Otar Chiladze’s most distinctive and famous poems.
Moreover, an exhibition space was established in the lobby of the conference hall, where a collection of Otar Chiladze’s photographs was displayed.
The event was attended by members of Otar Chiladze’s family, relatives, friends, and many other people who admire his work. Admission to the event is free.
