The Rector of Tbilisi State University, Academician Jaba Samushia, within the framework of his visit to Germany, held a working meeting with the President of Goethe University Frankfurt, Prof. Enrico Schleiff.
The sides discussed the possibilities of expanding specific projects within the framework of the long-term cooperation between the two universities. They talked about the application for the Erasmus + International Credit Mobility Program, as well as the prospects of strengthening the field of Georgian Studies.
The meeting was also attended by the Head of the Global Office of the host university, the representative of the Presidium and the Professor of Caucasian Studies.
During the meeting, the President of Frankfurt University introduced the structure of the University to the participants of the meeting and shared the best management practices. The visit of Prof. Enrico Schleiff to Tbilisi State University was also planned to further deepen the cooperation between the two universities.
