Rector of Tbilisi State University, Academician Jaba Samushia and Head of Administration Lasha Saghinadze are participating in the 2025 Global Smart Education Conference in Beijing.
Peking University organizes the conference annually. It is attended by ministers of education and science from various countries, rectors of leading universities in the world, heads of scientific research institutions, researchers, and education experts.
This year’s event will focus on human-artificial intelligence collaboration, innovative teaching and learning models, and the importance of ethical and safe technological integration.
The forum will also address priorities identified by UNESCO and its international partners for the digital transformation of education, including coordination and leadership, infrastructure development, financial sustainability, innovative solutions, and data-driven policies.
The TSU Rector’s participation in this forum once again emphasizes the university's involvement in global educational processes and its commitment to promoting the adoption and development of modern technologies in the Georgian educational landscape.
