A memorandum of cooperation was signed by Academician Jaba Samushia, the Rector of Tbilisi State University, and Didier Mineur, the Vice Rector of Rennes Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po Rennes). The memorandum calls for the promotion of student mobility and the deepening of cooperation between the universities.
Rector Jaba Samushia said that deepening cooperation with leading European universities and promoting student mobility are priorities for TSU. “The agreement signed with the University of Rennes will further strengthen our relationship with the French university, and I hope that we will implement a number of joint projects in educational and scientific fields in the future,” Samushia noted.
Vice Rector Didier Mineur said that Sciences Po Rennes is ready to collaborate with Tbilisi State University in various fields and promote student mobility. He also expressed the university’s readiness to implement new joint projects with TSU.
Representatives of Sciences Po Rennes are participating in the International Staff Week, which is being held at Tbilisi State University for the tenth time within the framework of the EU ERASMUS+ program.
