The Anaklia Youth Camp is hosting students from Tbilisi State University. TSU Rector, Academician Jaba Samushia and Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia Givi Mikanadze visited the camp, where about 250 TSU students are staying this year.
During their meeting with the students, Rector Samushia and Minister Mikanadze discussed ongoing and planned projects in higher education. They paid special attention to issues such as integrating technologies, including artificial intelligence, into the educational process; developing modern student infrastructure; strengthening Georgian language teaching; and creating exchange programs with Europe, as well as internship and employment opportunities for young people.
The conversation took place in a question-and-answer format, giving the students the opportunity to receive comprehensive information from the Minister and the Rector on important topics. Representatives of the LEPL Youth Agency also attended the meeting.
TSU students will spend a week at the Anaklia Youth Camp, participating in educational, sports, and cultural activities.
